Hotel room was clean. The staff was friendly. While the hotel was not very close to the main attractions in London, you have multiple ways to get around. The location of the hotel is right next to Tower Bridge and you had a spectacular view of the bridge every time you walked outside. I just lived it.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel 41. They always exceed expectations and have the best customer service. We were traveling with four teenagers, and they very generously upgraded us to beautiful suites. Food at the hotel is excellent. Everything was clean and comfortable. It's our favorite place to stay in London.

Among 5 star hotels in London, the Dorchester miss surely be at the top. The staff are really remarkable. Professional and efficient of course, but also very warm and genuinely friendly. Everything else about the hotel - the facilities, the food, the location, etc., are simply exceptional.

Great breakfast choice , comfy beds, amazing air con that I was very sad to leave. Great location , friendly staff and just worth every penny paid

Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker. I recommend staying at this hotel.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Truly a gorgeous hotel with outstanding staff in a very central and convenient location. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court was devine!
