「There were dead bugs in the kitchen cabinets, dirty sheets, flaking paint, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. We booked an apartment with 9 beds and got a basement with 4 beds. There was no air conditioning and no ventilation. Wetries to go elsewhere, but could not find an available hotel. 」

「Careful with the pictures shown. Not all of them belong to the rooms on offer. I was made believe I was booking a big room for a lot of money and hot a much smaller one for a lot of money. Very deceiving. There was some clashing information from hotels.com and the management of the room. I booked it more than a month in advance but only was sure I actually had a room two days before going. Very stressful. Saturday evening, loud music until 2.30 am. Won’t book again.」

「Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was the pile of trash (a couple feet high) stretching across the entire front of the building and impeding the walkway to the entrance. The floors were dirty, the beds, showers, and floors had hair and gum. The 42" television boasted about in the features of the property was smashed, as well as the glass stovetop, the cover for the door of the dishwasher was gone, and many "repairs" were needed. 「ロケーションは良い。静かだが、駅にもスーパーにもカフェやレストランにも公園にも近いです。 部屋は明るくモダンで広いです。 ミニキッチンには電子レンジや冷蔵庫も付いています。テーブルがあり、お食事のほか、勉強もできます。 アメニティーとスリッパ付いています。 エアコンがあり、夏の滞在も問題ありません。 スタッフは親切です。 ただ、レセプションの場所が分かりにくい。 物件に入り口で扉の左上の横の方に小さな目立たない呼び鈴があり、それを押すとスタッフが開けに出てくる仕組み。レセプションは入った一室にあります。 夜は閉まってますが、スタッフがいる時間帯ならチェックインやチェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれます。 部屋についての不満は、 ぱっと見とても綺麗で清潔だが(実際床は綺麗)、よく見ると調度品の上にはホコリがたまっていたり、換気扇にホコリ汚れがついていたり、部屋全体がホコリ臭い、カビ臭いのが、唯一残念なところでした。 でも窓を開けることができたので、自分で掃除して換気しました。」
