This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

This is a lovely hotel, definitely deserves its 4* rating. The staff were all great. The hotel is very clean and very well appointed. One can access The Third Space gym and 108 Brasserie, along with the other hotel amenities via the lobby which would be great if the weather was unsatisfactory.
