"シャワーが出なかった。蛇口が全く回らず、押せなかった。夜中だったので、面倒でそのまま寝ました。別の部屋の同行者は回ったし、押せたし、お湯が出たそうです。"

"ロンドンのホテルは高くて狭いという印象しかなかったのですが、こちらは非常にリーズナブルで部屋も広いです。ハイストリートケンジントン駅やアールズコート駅が徒歩圏内という好立地で、電車とバスの移動は非常に楽でした。スタッフも親切で過ごしやすかったです。またロンドンに行く時はお世話になると思います"

"I had a wonderful stay.Thank you for the lovely time. Due to a flight cancellation, I arrived the morning after my original check‑in date, but the staff welcomed me warmly and handled everything smoothly, which I truly appreciated. I stayed during winter, and the room was very warm and comfortable thanks to the good heating. The complimentary breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. It had generous portions, and I was especially happy to have fresh fruit, which is something I often miss while traveling. The only minor issues were that the bath water temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, and the toilet didn’t flush very well. However, aside from those small points, everything else was great. All the staff were kind and helpful, and their hospitality made my stay even better. Thank you again."
