"We were disappointed in there being lots of ant bate sprinkled around the apartment floor. Host was quick to respond to issues with the TV not working. Felt some further welcome information would have been good."

"Location was safe and convenient! We loved being just a 4 minute walk from the Hampstead Theater and Swiss Cottage station. The room and communal bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. "

"Grubby, tired hallway and stairs made my heart sink as I self checked in. The room was a pleasant surprise. Large and spacious. No shower was a disaster the fact it was adjoining a pub with loud music wasn't the best but the bed was comfortable and I had a pleasant stay. "
