"The hotel staff were lovely, the reception bar and restaurant area was great, the room itself was TINY. Very claustrophobic. Couldn’t move inside the room at all. I’ve never experienced anything like it. "

"Great location 5 min walk from Kings Cross. 2 great pubs for good and drinks next to and opposite the hotel. Room was clean but compact, bed did have a tendency to live when you rolled over!! Staff were lovely. Big downside for us was the breakfast was expensive but there was also no tea it coffee making facilities in the room. Which we missed when one of us wakes early "

"Had issues with the room, I booked a king bed room, and got a room withj two double beds. Small beds and a big room that was not what I wanted. When I asked the staff, they said it was an upgrade, but it is not what I wanted. was told that cause it was through a third party nothing they can do for me. I was not the only one to complain about this issue. So check when you arrive."
