"This is a nice, well equipped guest house, not really a hotel. Great location near Regent Park in Primrose Hiĺl. Lots of restaurants, Pubs and shopping walkable. 15-20 minute walk to the Underground Station. Breakfast is included and pretty good. We had a loft room which has very steep and high stairs to the bed. Would be dangerous for unfit people."

"Clean but dated hotel in need of a major refurb. Location is excellent near Regent's Park with public transport a very short walk. Was told room 1117 has "a beautiful view of Regent's Park". All you can see is Park Road and a bit of Lord's. Zilch Regent's Park."
