Couldn’t fault anything. One immediate problem was fixed straightaway. Room was spacious . Bathrobes , complimentary water etc , nice touches. Nice welcome too by staff on check in , which they had made earlier for us , so more than pleased. Pub is 5 minute walk from tube station. Would definitely stay again

Nice property. Had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. We liked the comfortable bed and quiet night. Didn’t like that pub was closed, limited staff availability (only select hours).

We arrived to discover that the pub was closed for the entire duration of our stay. We were so looking forward to the quintessential UK Pub experience, coming in at the end of the day for a beer and to hang out. We were told that the closure was stated on their website but we could find no evidence of this on the website, the Expedia listing or Facebook. The staff there were excellent, and were very attentive. But we felt very alone, and very disappointed.

Absolutely charming! The Pub and rooms are a few steps from the nearest Tube station, but just far enough from the main thoroughfare to be pleasant and quiet. My room had all the modern amenities but with great character, not soulless like many hotels. Staff was professional, helpful, and kind. Great for a solo woman traveler.

Everything was absolutely perfect. I had always wanted to stay in a pub and rooms, and I finally was able to make it happen. The Grafton Arms did not disappoint. The pub is charming – and was exquisitely decorated for Christmas – and the rooms are super clean and cozy. You really feel "at home" here. Not to mention, the entire team at the pub does everything they can to give a warm welcome. It was truly wonderful stay from start to finish. Wish we could have stayed longer. But will definitely come back again!

Surprisingly nice accommodations. I booked it and still said "Damn". Close to rail and shows. Nice bar. Good food. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Excellent room. Nicely decorated and large. Very helpful on check-in with taking bags up and allowed into room on our early arrival. Great location for tube and some nice restaurants and cafes in area. Comfy bed and quiet at night

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! The location is excellent, we easily walked to major points of interest, restaurants and transportation options. Our room was excellent with a very comfortable bed. The Roof top terrace is lovely, we enjoyed a delicious espresso martini after a long day of seeing the sites. Highly recommend!

A great stay at the Grafton Arms and Pub, in a comfrtable, stylishly decorated, high ceilinged room with comfortable King bed and clean, modern bathroom. Second floor room steps away (no noise!) from the pleasant rooftop pub space for a pint and meal at the end of the day. Friendly service, quick and easy check in. Easy walk from the train stations, Underground station, cafes, restaurants, etc. Recommended!

Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Francisco was great! Easy and quick check in. Assisted with our luggage since no elevator. Nice having pub downstairs for quick bite and drinks. Very quiet after 10pm and loved rooftop bar. Room was spotless and very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.
