"Great location and very nice flat in quiet neighborhood. No lift so getting luggage up the stairs could be challenging. Had arranged late checkout but the cleaners arrived at original checkout and then the next guests arrived with their luggage as well. Maybe some miscommunication on timing. Overall a great place to stay."

"Careful with the pictures shown. Not all of them belong to the rooms on offer. I was made believe I was booking a big room for a lot of money and hot a much smaller one for a lot of money. Very deceiving. There was some clashing information from hotels.com and the management of the room. I booked it more than a month in advance but only was sure I actually had a room two days before going. Very stressful. Saturday evening, loud music until 2.30 am. Won’t book again."

"The apartment was clean, comfortable and air conditioned, and the hosts were very accommodating. The advertisement did not mention basement unit and the size was smaller than pictured. But we were comfortable. Nice filtered water system, coffee maker and washing machine. The hosts were very solicitous which we very much appreciated. The prior occupants took the host hair dryer. We bought one and the host immediately reimbursed us. We would definitely stay again. "
