「I stayed in five nights and had two minor issues. The first thing is in-room safety box was not working when I checked-in while the second thing is that the room key was expired before check-out. Although the issues, hotel staff was very quick and flexible to fix them. I was able to stay very confortable thanks to them.」

「Friendly staff, clean room. Very compact— area was ok, not much space to put your belongings anywhere. Area is ok, a bit far away from everything.」

「Able to check in early by messaging with the Orange Door. Great location for us to get to Lords and Camden Market using Public Transport (ie Buses). Bus stops just outside the property. Cafe close by for Breakfast and dinner. Shop available close by for general needs.」

「Everything was good, from the attention to detail of the bathroom and the bedroom. The bedroom is cosy, and one of my favourite things is how easy the procedure was to check in/check out, without needing anyone. Also, I love the fact the tv has Netflix and prime (some modern hotels do not have this, shockingly.) I would stay here again.」

「We specially booked a 2 bedroom apartment, which was confirmed in our Expedia booking. When we arrived it was a 1 bed with a sofa bed. This aside, the kitchen cupboard was off the wall, the bath was cracked, the tiles were broken and so was the dressing table and mirror. We communicated all of this to the host and their only answer, was that they would cancel the booking (as we are stood in the apartment) and give us a refund. We had no choice but to do this and were left in London trying to...

「Pillow smells blanket smells theres no sofas to sit」
