気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス
Black mold, refridgerator was filled with ice and leaking, hidden switch to turn on heating plates (no guide to find it). Gaslighting service technician arrived after 3 hours and had no tools and just started hacking away with a knife on the ice and left instead of repairing the refridgerator door lip not sealing properly. Was told no other rooms were available and they were fully booked.
Lost all hope in finding solution with this place, as they knew these issues were present when renting it out. They are renting out places with black mold! Event the entrance to the hallway smells of mold. Service technician told that the usually just let the ice melt in the fridge so that the next person can use it temporarily before the problem occurs again. They talk nice on the phone, but are only interested in pushing problems and seeing if you can live with it instead of actually fixing critical health hazourzous issues.
