"The hotel is in an excellent condition and I was very pleasantly surprised with how big it is inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful and more so, as I was celebrating a special occasion with my boyfriend, when we walked into the bedroom we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and cheesecake on the table and the bed was beautifully decorated with a towel swan and floral petals. I was so in awe it was the most wonderful surprise. So a huge thank you to the team for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back again soon! "

"Only a block away from Marble Arch and easy access to underground, transport and plenty of shops especially a stones throw from Selfridges, hyde Park, etc ...very central and highly recommend. The staff were very accommodating and helpful to our needs such as phoning for the taxis and letting us bring a guest in to have breakfast only with us (we paid for it) as we had a reunion the previous night.
