「We stayed in 3 different properties owned by the same company, due to (us) changing our travel plans. They were able to accommodate us by adding 1 night in a different place and 6 more nights in a different place again. This was a huge relief. The first two were flawless. The last was in the process of an upgrade but it sufficed because it was a 2 bedroom and we only needed half . Their effort to accommodate us after we changed plans, the great accommodate and location will guarantee our...

「Would be good if more than 1 toilet roll for 4 nights is provided instead of expecting that the travller buys a 4 roll pack from shops - small but inconvenient and wasteful. This also goes for dishwasher liquid - which was not provided but only 2 dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher. The sponge provided is a well used one., does not give a sense of hygiene. Given the increased warm weather days, air-conditioning should be installed especially because the few windows cannot be opened anymore...

「The room we had was on the 4th floor, but lucky for us they do have a lift, so that made all the difference. The room was fairly spartan - nothing fancy - but it was big, and it had a washer/dryer that was super convenient. The bathroom was big and updated, so that was great! We did not spend a lot of time in the room, but all of those conveniences became very nice to have. The location was great. It was close to what we wanted to see, and the bus stop was right outside the door. My main...

「I booked a specific place due to the sleeping arrangments, knowing how specific my neurodivergent kid is, needing to sleep in her own bed. Not until we were in the air already flying from the US to London, I was sent a message that they changed us to another apartment, tried to say it was an upgrade. The sleeping arrangment was ruined and 2 kids had to sleep on the couch. The towels weren't any bigger than hand towels and they gave us 5 for 5 people the whole week. Water went all over the floor...

「Very comfortable and easy to access another area.」

「Lovely property. Had trouble accessing but the host responded quickly and we were able to get everything sorted. The property was nice and clean. Had what we needed for our stay. The bathroom was wonderful and larger than expected. Very happy with our stay.」

「Perfect location! Close to two underground stations making it so easy to travel around London. It’s really close to the main train stations too. Lots of cafes close by too. The room was really clean and had all the essentials you could need. The building was well secured and we always felt safe. We stayed during a heatwave and the room even had A/C! I would definitely stay again.」

「道路に面したお部屋で、夜の騒音が気になりました。また、」

「The images don’t represent this apartment. The apartment in reality appears to be like the one in the photos, but with true AI filter. Extensive use of gross polyester blankets were used to cover the gross furniture. This host ruined the first day of our trip with their deceitful tactics. This place was so below our standard and so far from what we expected, and was so gross that we desperately searched for alternative accommodations immediately after walking into the room, thankfully finding...
