"Room was clean though very small. Early check in was available and concierge to hold bags on check out. Breakfast was good, amenities including gym and pool were nice and clean. Only gripe - check in wanted photo ID and this was not mentioned in prior emails etc so I had none, but of a faff but worked around it in the end "

"The hotel and room were exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The room smelled fresh and was spotless. Access to the hotel and room were keyless which is very convenient. The staff were super friendly and professional. The hotel is very close to the metro and is within walkable distance to popular attractions such as Kyoto garden, V&A the Museum and the National History museum. "

" polite and friendly. Our room was spotless although the room seemed a bit tired and could use a bit of updating. Bar and restaurant staff were professional and friendly too. Our only peeve was that we weren't allowed to tip the staff. I dont understand why we couldn't when we felt they did a good job. "The staff were very welcoming and courteous. The hotel itself was very clean and being so close to a tube station and the Natural History museum is a big bonus. Our room was very clean, although the only comment to have about the experience was I wis there was more milk and sugar in the rooms as you quickly run out with a single drink and there weren’t any sugars or sweeteners in ours. Otherwise great for our short stay and would come again. "
