「We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will be back, Thank you」
"The staff was very nice and polite. Two out of four elevators were out of service throughout our stay, but it did not bother us much. The room was spacious and cozy, with a small kitchen, a washing machine, and two toilets. A Sainsbury's is located very close to the hotel, super handy to buy breakfast and other necessities. The room did not have a phone; the only way to contact the front desk was through WhatsApp, and as a foreign traveller, I could not install and sign up for the app there. So basically, the only way to contact the front was to go down to the front and talk directly (it never happened, though). Strongly recommend that you install the app before traveling. We enjoyed our stay very much: I will stay at this hotel again if I ever revisit London."
