We had been planning this trip for several months and were advised by my sister, in no uncertain terms, that The Kensington should be our only and best choice. Her took her advice and could not have been happier. From our reception at the front desk, to our room, to the staff who looked out for our every need during our four day stay in London. Beyond just the hotel, the location was conveniently close to “the tube” station. Travel to the extraordinary museums, from the British Museum to the Maritime Museum in Greenwich was very easy. I had a wonderful stay at the The Kensington Hotel. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and made the entire experience feel special from start to finish. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Room service was quick and delicious, and the bar had a cozy atmosphere with great cocktails. The location in Kensington is perfect. Close to everything, but still peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The front desk was very helpful, Ann at the switchboard, Maintenance et all. Clean room, and very comfortable beds. Lobby bar is also perfect, the bartender was very professional and made great cocktails.
