"I had a really pleasant stay at Bob W Hotel. The room was small, but exceptionally clean, beautifully organized, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was especially nice and felt very modern and well-designed. Before arriving, I read some negative reviews, but I think expectations matter — you cannot expect a huge 5-star luxury hotel experience at this price point. For what it is, it was excellent value and very thoughtfully done. The people at reception were also wonderful, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was some noise from the subway, but the hotel provides a white noise device, which definitely helps. I’m also a very light sleeper, so others may not find it as noticeable. Overall, I would absolutely stay again."

"Situated well. Staff ok. Room stinked really badly from the drain in the shower. I was exhausted so I shut the door, opened the window and slept. Workmen woke me up from outside, minimal sleep. Went to breakfast, good choice but had to wait in long Q 10 minutes. Tell chef boiled eggs should be put in non metal serving container then the yolks wont look green/grey. I had the single delux room, really it should be cleaning cupboard. When returning from breakfast, a man holding a toolbox came out of my room without permission from me to be there hadn't said anything so they already knew there was a problem. Very poor show. I want my money back."

"The Queens Park Hotel on 48 Queensborough Rd clean, comfy, convenient, charming, cheap, cozy, booked all necessities accommodations, flight, concert tix to RAH in a 5 day period of time from the US. It’s staff are wonderful enjoy "

"The first room that was provided was on the 7th floor and felt like the train was rolling through the room. There is a train every five minutes and it was extremely noisy. Went to reception and was told that if I wanted a quiet option on the other side of the hotel, it would be $30GBP per night. Do not book if you are looking for a relaxing stay. "

"Got to the room and the air con wasn’t working. The room was 28° and unbearably hot. Informed front desk - we were told there no other rooms they could move us to (even though booking sites showed availability). They could not even provide a fan and we were told to have the window open. The window open about 2 inches! Would not offer a resolution or compensation. Luckily hotels.com offered to move hotels after over an hour on the phone with them. Would avoid at all costs especially in the summer!"

"No hot water for a bath or shower. Not good considering I paid over £200 including parking! They offered me 10% on a future stay."

"Overpriced hostels, it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee and would mix decaf with regular cafe even after requesting no decaf, its full of young students everywhere and the room are ridiculously small ( even after I upgraded my room to more space which costed me quite a bit ) the room was the smallest room I ever been in. It felt as if it was a hostel not a hotel at all. Won't be going back."
