Not good
Horrible experience. Let me give you 3 examples. 1. I had read about fire alarms. But decided to take the chance. So wrong. 125db noise woke me up at 3:21AM Sunday morning of January 14th. It was so loud in my ears that it took me 3 hours to calm down and fall asleep again. Went on again 9:56AM the same morning. There is a great risk that this will happen to you as well based on other reviews. No apologies nor explanations were given when we checked out the same morning. 2. I had to send a package to this hotel (see pictures), with my name on it, as well as my arrival date. Package was refused by the hotel because they couldn't locate my booking in their system! However, this time I got an apology. However package is still somewhere in an unknown location in the UK as of now, making me a lot of troubled emails to send and receive. 3. The Assa Abloy access cards to rooms always disconnected during our trip. We had to go 3 times back and forth between floors to have the access card being reset in the system. Not a thing you want to spend time doing when on a short trip. We paid 520 USD. We expected more professionalism.
