"Ideal for if you just need a clean, cozy place to sleep at the end of the night. Located in one of London's most expensive neighborhoods, it has the accessibility of 3 tube lines right down the block. There are also 4 supermarkets just downstairs, and a plethora of restaurants and shops in the area. It's on a busy street and never did it feel unsafe. The room was generally very clean and big with a comfy bed and adjustable AC, but has atypical misses. There is a Bluetooth speaker and a guitar amp, but face towels and slippers have to be purchased from the vending machines on select floors. Housekeeping had only come once in a course of a week. The glass box shower provided little insulation and water poured out onto the floor. Its layout provided little help since it shared a space with the toilet, but the sink was outside in the room. With the toiletry bottles secured to the wall, you then have to leave the shower area to get to the lotion and hairdryer. There was also mold behind the hand shower. For light sleepers, the sound of other rooms using the toilet may result in you waking from hearing water run through the pipes. It's not the worst since there was little door slamming or hearing people in the hallway. Generally, decent for if you're staying solo. May be difficult for those sensitive to noise or sharing a very transparent restroom with others."

"A hotel is close to Paddington Station and all the other sites. The breakfast was excellent! The facilities are obviously old and rundown in the room was very small. "

"A superb hotel! I stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending an event at Olympia. It is a short 10-15 minute walk from the venue, but in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and the decor looked fresh and well maintained. My room was perfect for a short stay - comfortable bed, desk with small chair, space for hanging clothes, a safe, a fridge (that was a bonus!) and a kettle. Opening window was also welcome. There was fresh still and sparkling water downstairs you could bottle and take to the room, along with a toaster and microwave, and a tea/coffee/hot chocolate drinks machine. Easy walk from Earls Court tube station, and a nice walk along to the Natural History Museum. No hesitation in recommending this hotel!"

"New, clean, convenient location, great staff/service onsite. I loved the park and residential neighborhood — birdsong, children playing. Felt at home in the middle of the city."

"This location does not have car service or a shuttle as shown on the Expedia profile. They simply will call you a taxi. There is one very tiny lift within the building. The building has steps to climb with no ramp for those with mobility issues. The location is nice. It is near restaurants, tube stations, and some shopping. "

"All the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. The “Grand” queen rooms compact and I believe only a couple bed. Bed and Room were very comfortable. Main window had a perfect blackout curtain but very long side window only had a blind which just covered the window and had a constant glow around it all night. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and everything worked well. Only exception was the towel rail which was permanently only full and made the whole main room very hot. Luckily I’m a cold person but my partner did struggle with the heat. Also a strange smell which smelt like smoke. Overall I would stay again but would pay more attention to the things mentioned and inform reception earlier. Great location for exploring as close to tube. "
