"Clean room no frills room in a handy location. Fairly old fashioned room with gigantic air conditioning unit that wasn't fit for purpose. We had it set on the lowest 18 degrees and the room was still hot and unable to open windows. Was extremely busy at breakfast which required lots of queuing and waiting for items to be replenished. Didnt even bother getting a coffee as queue was ridiculous!"

"The hotel is in an ideal location. The staff were very friendly and provided good service. Not the most modern rooms but reasonable value and the breakfast has a decent choice."

"The staff were all pleasant, especially the duty manager, Kieran. There were a few poor service issues which were quickly addressed and more than made up for. Kieran personally came to my room to apologise and suggest a resolution. All the staff we spoke to were lovely, the doorman Martino was great. Breakfast was nice, with both halal sausages & cold meats and pork sausages & bacon offered, catering to most patrons. Views over kensington gardens were awesome. The rooms were in great condition and clean. The location is great, and we ventured out via tube, driving, and walking on various days. I'd happily stay here again, and will do so in the future."

" I chose a refurbed room one grade higher than on my previous visit. Once again, it was wonderfully quiet, warm and clean, while also being noticeably more spacious. The addition of a fridge and coffee maker make mornings especially enjoyable, and the housekeeping team were, as ever, extremely helpful and attentive. The rooms have been beautifully refurbished, which adds to the overall comfort and appeal of the stay and the staff polite, professional, and attentive at all times, which really enhances the experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to amenities, restaurants, shops, parks, and transport links. Another fabulous stay, and I’m already looking forward to returning again soon."

"Carpets in the room are very dirty, horrible noises coming from the air-conditioning unit which kept us up most of the night and then housekeeping decided to knock on our room at 8 o’clock in the morning!"

"Very clean room. Cleaned every day with new towel and plenty of soap. We left dishes in the sink and they were cleaned every day for us. The water was warm and close to the tube and plenty of restaurants."

"As soon as you walk in, there was a very strong cologne like smell. It was in the entire hotel. It made me nauseous and gave me a headache. I booked to identical room for two nights. One for me And one for a Family member. My room was significantly smaller than the one my family member had. Why are rooms the same price and yet not the same size. Very disappointed Rooms were by the street and it was very noisy. Hotel front desk attendant was very rude when I checked in. Towel heater in the bathroom was not working at all. Shower did not drain properly "
