「I stayed in five nights and had two minor issues. The first thing is in-room safety box was not working when I checked-in while the second thing is that the room key was expired before check-out. Although the issues, hotel staff was very quick and flexible to fix them. I was able to stay very confortable thanks to them.」

「Disappointing room and poor handling of our reservation We booked what was advertised as one of the hotel’s largest rooms, with a king bed. On arrival, we were given a small, dark room below street level with a tiny window. It felt uncomfortable and nothing like what we expected. When I raised this with reception, staff showed me rooms on the second and third floors. They explained that because we were staying only two nights, they needed to save the better rooms for guests staying seven...
