"Fabulous location, great hotel. Lovely and clean, bedrooms very quiet. Yes no tea/ coffee in rooms but there is a section on each floor to make tea/coffee. Also fab Barista coffee served at breakfast - which was great. Staff all very friendly. Definitely recommend and we will be staying here again and trying a different Ruby hotel."

"Really nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Plenty of hot water and heat. Rooms are small and you can hear people outside but that didn’t bother us. The neighborhood is beautiful and near all public transportation, and it’s near nice restaurants, souvenir shops, and grocery stores. A really nice surprise with the cleanliness and kind staff (cleaners & front desk). "

"The breakfast staff were amazing! Very attentive and efficient. The hotel was clean. Sometimes had to call down for missed towels. Bring your own facecloth as none are provided. This is our second visit and we look forward to returning! Both visits were more than a week each. "

"Staff are amazing, accomodating and helpful. Location is unbeatable for central London. Rooms are great but could use a little upgrade. Mattress had a little dip where it had been used over time. Also found it odd that they didnt supply amenities like a toothbrush, cotton and no slippers or robe. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book there again."
