「The property stole my clothes. After numerous complaints they were returned wet and dumped on the couch.
Attempts to fix the washer so I could clean the clothes were not helpful at all. I’d be asked for my availability and always told that didn’t work could I wait in the middle of the day.
The point of my vacation is not to wait around for a repair man.
The agreed to a morning window and the person came 25 minutes late as we were leaving. Apparently he has no concept of traffic.

「親切で丁寧なスタッフが素晴らしかったです。部屋は清潔で、ベッドはとても広く寝心地が良かったです。長期で旅行していたので、洗濯機とオーブンを使えるのがすごく助かりました。駅からも近くて、ツアーの待ち合わせや空港へのアクセスも非常に便利でした。次もまた泊まりた いホテルです！！ありがとうございました！！」
