Communication was excellent. I was contacted prior to arrival and communication was constant right up to the day of our stay. Check in and out was simple and we were greeted by a member of staff on our arrival at the property. They were still in the process of having a quick hoover when we arrived but that didn't bother us and they were very polite about it. The property was great and has all the amenities. It very much added to our time in London.

Viaje con mi familia 4 personas incluyendo mi bebé y pésimo servicio del personal ya que solicité 3 veces que me solucionaran el agua de la regadera ya que no salía caliente y según ellos fueron 3 veces a solucionarlo y nada. La propiedad dice que tiene elevador y no funciona y es subir 3 pisos en escaleras. No hay donde poner artículos para bañarse tampoco los tienes que poner en el suelo

5 star location , South Kensington Underground Station c5 mins , Royal Albert Hall c 10 mins so great for concerts which is why I was here , Natural History Museum at the end of the road . Studio 8 , 3 floors up , elevator not working so be aware . I was only here for 1 night so no issues as such for me but little other than air con , which was good , seemed intuitive or wasn’t working , I include TV , and Hob but as I say didn’t matter to me . Bit tired and could do with a refresh - shower , a little mould and rust including shower head , and could do with a drain cleaner, plenty of hot water and good pressure. Bed clean and comfortable . Small bistro table was sticky and 3 out of 4 chairs stained , just guest wear and tear but takes the shine off.

The location can't be beat. We had some miscommunication about the check in time. We were told anytime after 3 and we had said we'd be there around 6. When we arrived at 5pm, the room was not yet cleaned. It was cleaned in a hurry, so I'm not sure how thoroughly it was cleaned. The room was fine but the beds were very lumpy. The laundry machine was not very clean. It was ok, not great.

Was unaware that there was no working lift. 8 flights of steep stairs with a baby and 2 young children and luggage was horrendous. I had a buggy bag for travel and trainers stolen within the communal area.

Binanın konumu çok iyiydi ancak asansörün çalışmaması 3. kattaki odamıza çıkışı zorlaştırdı. Özellikle bavullarla çıkış çok zordu. Mutfakta gerekli her eşya vardı. Ancak temizlikle ilgili sıkıntı vardı. Eskiyen eşyalar değiştirilip temizliğe de biraz daha önem verilirse çok daha iyi olur.

A well-located very smart apartment. We were greeted by the host on time. They were very friendly. The apartment is so clean and modern. Powerful shower and comfortable king size bed. The kitchen was well equipped and the aircon was the perfect addition. The location of the property is incredible. A 2 min walk from the Natural History Museum and 5mins from South Kensington tube. We would not hesitate to book this apartment again. Thank you for the great stay.
