「I stayed here within the first month after the hotel opened, and both the room and public areas were in excellent, brand-new condition. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, who assisted with my luggage from the taxi and kindly explained the room facilities. The service was excellent from the start. While the hotel seems mainly intended for visitors attending events at the nearby Olympia London, I chose it for visiting my siblings who live in the area. Although it is not in...

「My room was in the basement and you could hear the steps upstairs and it was loud. The breakfast was not good value for money」

「The location was convenient to the public transport and there's a local shop nearby.」
