"My room never got cleaned. There was only one bath towel and I had to ask for more. No water in the room when I arrived. Not enough lockers to leave your things. Elevators always seemed to have an issue. The room was extremely small. "

"Check in was OK although member of staff left the desk twice to check something about the booking and the room without explaining why...keeping a tired customer informed is helpful...she was just checking the room was ready. Stopped four nights...second morning note pushed under door advising us to contact reception as we had not paid!!!! They had credit card details and hadn't taken the previous day...! Room was not cleaned/refreshed unless we asked...only done twice in a four night stay. Ignore the automated check out email. We completed it on the fourth day only to be told we still owed for three nights even though we had already paid in full as above. Manager confirmed all paid and this was an automated email...need to updated their automated processes. Hotel was in a good location, clean, adequate but a little dated. We would have be quite happy with everything if check in had been completed properly, the room was refreshed daily without asking, and the automated system hadn't advised us we had a balance outstanding when we'd paid in full."

"Noisy, noisy, noisy! Had to change rooms as the noise from the nearby elevator and doors closing was annoying! New room was worst than the old room as it was a foot away from a loud closing fire door! Bathrooms are a hazard! A huge slippery high bathtub dominates the bathroom! The best thing about this hotel is the location."

"The breakfast was ok. Not good not bad. We opted out the second stay. The rooms are incredibly small. The location was good for our needs. The staff was helpful and tried to help with around the town concerns. The neighborhood is attractive but busy roads."

"Room was great, staff helpful. Location excellent and good value for money. The sink in the bathroom wasn't the most useable, but everything was in good condition. Great amenities in the room, free tea, coffee, water and a little fridge. One morning we were awoken around 8:30am due to drilling from a room above, as they are refurbishing the hotel."

"While a beautiful hotel, the experience fell short. The standard room appears to be an old maids closet. For two people with luggages, we didn’t even have space to open more than one suit case at a time; the washroom shower has the tiniest glass partition that was supposed to prevent water from getting out but instead the entire bathroom floods each time you shower; towels were toddler size and when asked for extras, only one was given; toilet paper felt like sandpaper, and to finish it off breakfast was incredibly underwhelming. While the property is beautiful, the experience wasn’t. It’ll do for one night but it certainly isn’t a comfortable stay."
