The location was very good—close to shops, restaurants, and multiple tube stations (very helpful in London), as well as parks, and more. The room was exactly what I expect in London. It was clean and comfortable for two, although some people might find it small. (But that is usual for the price and in a city such as London.) Friendly staff, secure property. I would absolutely stay there again.

Every one of the staff were excellent! Kind, helpful, friendly. The place was immaculate, super clean. The room was a bit small but we knew this when we booked it at at a fairly reasonable price. The hotel is in the Queensway section, a few blocks from Kensington Gardens, so we used the Bayswater station of the Circle line underground every day. Very easy to use with a simple tap of our credit card. We loved the Pembridge!

Lovely stay in a super little property. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The location is just a few minutes walk from the tube station and about a 20 minute walk from Paddington. The room, whilst compact, is well appointed and provides a great base for a stay in London. It was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family

Great stay

Hotel was on a quiet street but had easy access to restaurants and the metro. Everyone was friendly. The hotel was nice and clean. I had a single room. It was tiny but functional and fine for just me. And it was clean and looked well maintained. The breakfast was fine, decent food pretty standard for a hotel breakfast.
