「It was a good location for Lords and Paddington walking. Room was clean enough although we had to complain as no pillowcases on thd bed this was dealt with reasonably efficiently after we called them.Didnt see any staff . Kitchen was okay had all we needed however we didn't think quality was of a very good standard. We couldn't sleep as room was too light and we didn't use the masks provided as they made sleep even less likely. Very low water pressure in the shower . It didn't suit us so...

「I stayed in five nights and had two minor issues. The first thing is in-room safety box was not working when I checked-in while the second thing is that the room key was expired before check-out. Although the issues, hotel staff was very quick and flexible to fix them. I was able to stay very confortable thanks to them.」
