AC isn’t functional and directly from 1970’s. Nothing been upgraded in a LONG time despite new ownership. Gym equipment is in disrepair. Some buttons for lifts / elevators not working. It’s a hotel, it’s cheap and it’s close to the city. That’s it. "

"Rooms were small, clean but well appointed. Shower enclosure was tiny but bathrooms were also small. Staff were ok, but kept getting 2 rooms booked mixed up. Worst aspect was that the AC keeps you awake all night. Not ideal. "

"This hotel is short walk from Queensway underground, Hyde Park and Diana memorial Kensington castle across the street . lots of great eating places . It’s a short walk to Nottinghill . Our room was clean and very comfy and quiet . . We would stay again "
