Great staff. Beds were a bit firm, linens were great, shower and BIG tub! Perfect for our week stay and South Kensington tube is ideal for in/out of LHR and hitting all the London highlights is easy with direct access to circle, district and Piccadilly lines. Also, VERY short walk to V&A, Nat Hist, Science, and Kensington Palace. Truly a great place.

Great customer service, friendly and welcoming from reception to bar staff. Hotel room was clean, airy and well decorated. Fantastic location near the tube, shops, restaurants and the Royal Albert Hall. Great value for money too with big rooms, spacious beds and nice mocktail / cocktail menu. Would recommend and stay again.

A Nice hotel in a good neighbourhood. You can walk to museums and Hyde park easily and it is quiet. The breakfast is good fresh cooked English breakfast , fruits ,pastry… Our original booking from across street hotel was canceled at the last minute for unknown reason, but Expedia booked the standard room at The exhibitionist hotel for us. The room is small only 161 square feet. It is small for two person, especially we are not young people.

I stayed with my husband for 3 nights in October. The location is great however we were placed in the smallest room ever. What disturbed me the most was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower walls were dirty. There's was mold around the shower door and the tub was leaking a greenish substance out of the facets. Upon check out I was not even asked how my stay was. Maybe she knew that I probably got the worse room in the hotel. A better and cleaner room would it be appreciated.

I had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff were all extremely friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. My room was comfortable, with a very cozy bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. However, the bathroom ventilation ran continuously, which was a bit distracting. Also, since my room was on the first floor, I could hear music from the reception area below. It was turned off at night, but it still made it a little harder to fall asleep. Despite these small issues, I really enjoyed my stay.

Great quirky hotel a gem of a find

Lovely two night stay , great staff especially bar staff who made the best cocktails in town !! Quirky place but very comfortable and clean , great location too . Will defo recommend and return, thank you xx
