THe hotel is very basic with no restaurant on site but rather next door. Itwas clean and the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. I would equate it to a Courtyard Marriott.

Super location. Staff really friendly and helpful. The hotel is linked to the the Cumberland hotel next door, which is where breakfast is served. The full buffet breakfast was excellent and staff very attentive. Will definitely stay again.

Convenient location as its literally just next to Marble Arch Station for the bus, tube and everything is walking distance. The bed is very comfy, room is the right size for 2 adults and a child. We have enjoyed our two night stay.

The staff on reception were lovely. However this property was pretty basic. Good location right near Marble Arch tube so on the central line. Also walkable to Oxford street and Hyde park. But the windows are bay windows with no blinds so big gaps letting the light in the room we were all awake at sunrise. The aircon didn’t go lower than 17degrees so we were sweating and the fridge was aggressively loud. There are better hotels in this London for this price range in my opinion.

Female staff member on arrival was not very friendly at all (Thurs 5th March) and also ignored us and sat with her back to us on our return one evening which was the exact opposite to the extremely friendly 3 staff members on checking out (Sun 8th March) and others who said hi each night. Room was lovely and clean. Leak in the shower though which left a puddle of water every day. Location is quiet. Air conditioning great! Definately would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, i booked one of the apartments, which was very large and comfortable and included kitchen facilities. Everything in the apartment was clean and well kept and the bathroom was large, with plenty of quality towels. Every member of staff that i spoke to were very friendly and helpful.
