"Room was very clean and location was great - next to trains, very safe and lots of restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The double room was very small and basic, but felt warm and cozy for a stay during cold weather. The room was very quiet and came with free snacks and drinks in the refrigerator, as well as coffee and filtered water. Overall perfect for a short stay!"

The best part was the very convenient location, especially with Russell Square Station close by, making transportation around London quick and easy. Greeted me for a bag drop off, left my bags ready for me when I got to the room along with a lovely, thoughtful welcome gift. And a tea trolley outside my door in the morning. Great location. "
