"Stay away! King room was booked"

"This was the single-worst hotel experience I have ever had. Ever, in life, and I'm a 45-year-old man. I rarely ever bother to provide a review of anything, but I feel like it's my sworn duty to warn people about this place. The room was subpar even by cheap roadside motel standards. The entire space looked like it had been assembled from Ikea furniture. The bed mattress looked and felt like something that had been taken out of a dumpster. There was no AC in the hotel, which was brutal during record-high May temperatures in the UK. The window would only crack open due to safety measures, and even then, I had to decide between leaving it shut and suffering the heat, or opening it and dealing with the insane noise outside that carried on until 3 a.m. I had booked this room for 2 nights, but it was such a miserable experience that I just ate the cost of the second night and moved to another hotel. It was very misleading because the lobby of the hotel is extremely nice and modern. Do yourself a favor and never go anywhere near this dump."

"My family and I went to stay here at this hotel and overall would not recommend at all. The carpet smells horrible, absolutely NO toilet inside your hotel room. You have to uncomfortably walk out the hall and walk out down the stairs just to access it. There is also no ac, it’s very loud and busy street right next to it. If you want to talk with them to compromise and get help don’t even bother because they just go back and forth with others that won’t solve your issues. Overall do not come here."

"For a hotel that was as expensive as it was, there was no air-conditioning on a 95° day in London. Three days in this place with 90° heat in the room was awful. The staff did nothing to improve it. Additionally, the maid service was horrible. After day one, they opened up the drapes and allow the room to cook in the hot sun all day in spite of the fact that there was no air-conditioning and we asked that they keep the drapes closed. Additionally, no toilet paper was available after our first day, no hand towels were replaced, and the entire experience was awful very disappointed as this was our first trip to London in many many years."
