"On a busy rd but they quieter rear rooms overlooking hotel garden with small fountain pool ordained with lovely plants . So peaceful & tranquil on the back .Front office staff are so welcoming & so quick trying to find room ready "

"Really quite abysmal. The single rooms are like small cabins on the fifth floor. The heat in my room was unbearable throughout the day and night and the aircon would blow hot air at a setting of 13 degrees. The window was wooden and single paned so all the noise of the traffic could be heard, especially as one of the windows locks didn't work. The bathroom was very, very small. Even the small details were not done right; like the soap provided in dispensers which leaves a film residue on your hands. Another member of my travelling party had bugs in their bed and had to be relocated. Other than the hotels location and responsiveness of staff, there is nothing else positive to say. "
