"Very helpful staff, very convenient location, room was clean and up to date. By American standards, it’s small, however we expected that from the start because that’s how European hotels are. Easy walking distance to kings cross station and platform 9 3/4 if your a Harry Potter fan. "

"The room was really clean, we had trouble with the heating which was sorted. Breakfast there was plenty of choice and more then one station to get the breakfast items from so you didn't que for long. "

"Stylish reception lobby with plenty of screens for booking in/out and helpful staff who answered any quires we had. Stayed in a twin room with clean comfortable beds and en-suite bathroom with towels and toiletries. Only thing I’d recommend is for a small shelf near to the bed for somewhere to place your phone while charging. "

"Room was lovely, clean and spacious. The man on reception very nice and helpful. Continental breakfast did the job. Good price. Only feedback to improve would be the shower cubicle could benefit from a shelf for products to be put on and a mat for when coming out the shower as we were only given a towel each and the floor got wet without a mat. "We had a lovely stay at The Strand Palace. The hotel is in a fabulous location very close to Covent Garden, the theatre district and many other attractions. The room was to a high standard. The bed was comfy. The amenities were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety."
