「All their services and cleanliness of the hotel, I ordered dinner it was excellent. Love their checkout time at 12 noon. I couldn’t get a seat out yesterday and this Hotel was so convenient just to walk over and stayed the night. I will recommend this beautiful hotel ❤️」
「I liked hotel design, building, rooms, cleanliness and pleasant staff, free Kayak for sea/ocean BUT
1) Does not have variety of restaurants in the hotel or around it ( IT IS A BIG DEAL ). Entire area has hotel restaurants & food is 3/5 rating.
BTW Be aware!!! shuttle 24/ Hours from Hotel to Airport is 120$ as per Hotel management and we paid 75$ by Cab ( we got lucky) otherwise cab is 100$ as well unless you bargain.
2) It is away from downtown Tulum 20-30 minutes and it is not east...

「Los domos son muy bonitos para fotografías, pero la realidad es que están muy descuidados. La chapa de la puerta está floja y cuesta trabajo cerrarla, los mosquiteros no están bien sellados, las llaves de la regadera no funcionan bien, había focos fundidos y que parpadeaban constantemente (no relacionado a la alimentación de luz solar, porque otros focos no parpadeaban). El hecho de que no hagan limpieza todos los días hace que la cantidad de bichitos sea muchísimo mayor que en otros glampings...
