"Second stay and no disappointment. We traveled to celebrate a friends 50th birthday. Last year it was 5 of us, this year 17. We returned because the food and the service was exceptional. It was nice to see that Leonardo from Casa Madre remembered us. Ask for him when you go, he’s so nice & helpful. Adro in Entertainment is amazing, he’s so fun & energetic. Sebastian at the pool bar makes great drinks. Everyone that works there is so professional and nice. The food was absolutely delicious we had no complaints. The service was great, I can’t wait to return."

"The 4-star rating for staff and service (instead of 5) is due only to the poor check-in experience. We had booked two king-bed rooms, but were given one king and one double-bed room on different floors. The staff suggested we could have two nearby ocean-view rooms if we paid an additional $600 USD, which was disappointing—especially since it was the off-season and there were plenty of empty rooms on each floor. It felt like they were trying to push an unnecessary upgrade. Aside from the check-in issue, the service overall was excellent, and I would still recommend this hotel."
