"Great surprise, the hotel was wonderful. Staff super helpful, room spacious and clean (and cleaned regularly). Breakfast buffet had a great choice and staff again helpful. Roof bar/restaurant had a great view, though the drinks were a bit expensive (for Hanoi)."

"Wow. Great spot. Wonderful staff, amazing breakfast buffet and upscale spa experience for an incredible value. Rooftop bar, excellent location. I was very happy with my time here. The artwork everywhere and attention to detail is a very chic look and feel, lovely. Room was comfy, worth getting a street view to watch the busy old town. No gym but the lake was right there and closed off for running in the morning. "

"The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us book a van back to the airport with no problems. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well.
