Very respinsive staff.
Maintenance is completed promptly
Air Conditioning soaked the floor and damaged our clothes. Someone was aware of the situation as the put a towel outside our door, but didn't report the issue. Didn't appreciate that. We lost two pairs of shoes.

Everything about this Hotel was excellent except for the fact that the pools and hot tub closed everyday at 6pm which during the day in the sun I dont want to use hot tub and I enjoy sitting in hot tub and swimming at least till 9pm
this is the only reason I wont be staying there again.
