"The staff member Luis greeted my wife and I and was extremely helpful l. He gave us a brochure and piece of paper showing showing things to eat and do in Dorado. All of the staff were very kind and spoke fluent English and Spanish. The room itself was very clean and extremely nice. The housekeeping is on point and they do their job very well.The view was excellent and the private beach, pool, hot-tub, and facilities were very nice. "We stayed at the Simpson Bay Marina Resort in April 2024 and we stayed for 7 nights and throughout the entire stay we didn’t see anyone cleaning the pool, which was very annoying because it was dirty and full of bugs etc also its so hard to find pool towels near the pool area. "

"Javier was my host he was incredible from the start. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted and assisted with my luggage and he accompanied me to find my room. He briefly explained all the details about the Hotel. He also asked what was the special occasion. It was my Birthday Celebration. Throughout my stay I was well informed daily. He was attentive and played a huge role in making my birthday special. On my birthday, I came to my room and was welcomed with a Birthday sign, balloons and a treat....
