「The beach staff were amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist setting up our lounge chairs that we reserved through their app. Staff always coming round to check if we needed drinks or food. The housekeeping level of service was a bit disappointing. Had to call down a couple times just to get our room cleaned (late afternoon). Standard things not replaced (towels, bottles of water, coffee). Once we commented to lobby staff, efforts were made for improvement which was appreciated (but honestly...

「Beautiful resort. I have no complaints. Family friendly and there’s a bunch of excursions offered complimentary by the resort as well as for a tiny fee on the beach. Mercat’s breakfast was amazing as well. The rooms were very clean and there’s staff was very helpful and friendly. Drinks at the bar weren’t too watered down, they were the right mix (but that’s preference). I recommend!!」

「I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my stay at “Happy Days” was a nightmare. The host, who lives on the property, was extremely rude and invasive from day one. She sent a long message accusing my children (13-year-old twins and a 9-year-old) of making a mess in the pool and cutting her flowers — completely false. The pool already had leaves and toys in it when we arrived. Later that day, she approached my daughter, touched her head, and accused her directly. Totally inappropriate and...

The staff were friendly and helpful.The reason for 4 star was 1) the process to get pool chairs and swim in pools was ridiculous and 2) I didn’t realize we had 3rd floor so beach front view was more of the trees and not the ocean!」
