「We (3 adults and 2 children, 10 and 13) had a wonderful time at El Conquistador. The room (with a balcony and ocean view) was huge, with plenty of room for everything. 「The hotel is clean and most staff are polite and helpful. The young man who checked us in [around midnight] was pretty rude. Maybe a bad day. The biggest problem was our room had no hot water. We reported that the next morning and was told someone from maint. would look into it. He got us hot water in the bathroom sink, but not the shower. We showered for 2 days with cold water. 「We had an amazing getaway at the Condado Vanderbilt. I a so glad we chose this property! The room was better than expected - we were in the older building and did not have a water view. However, the room was in great shape, beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was much bigger than expected. I appreciated all the drawers and two closets- lots of space to unpack!
