「Pros: amazing location. The ocean is ~8 ft directly below the patio. Handful of steps bring you to a virtually private beach. Great sand, some rocks, no weeds. Pretty wavy during our stay, which was great for kids to bodyboard. Easy to find, easy parking, easy entry to villa. Quiet safe neighborhood.
