「Unfortunately, our stay at the Westin St. Thomas was disappointing and, in my opinion, not worth the price. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming throughout our stay. We were also overcharged for drinks, and when I emailed the resort to bring the issue to their attention, no one followed up or even responded to my concerns. 「We booked one night at the last minute before leaving for the airport. This was one of the only hotels in the area we could find that had an elevator, and thus was accessible. Our room was fine. It was definitely clean. It was very minimal. The television had to be adjusted by maintenance and we didn’t get very many channels. 「The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were nice, we loved the vibe and decor of the whole hotel. The beds were comfy. We only stayed one night but the amenities looked nice! We were able to take a walk to the local shops and a taxi to Oceana for a nice dinner. The only note is that there are a lot of stairs so it would not be ADA accessible. The hotel staff was great about carrying our luggage in and out. We’d be happy to visit again!」
