Giant 3 inch cockroaches. Yellow tinted sink water. Cold shower water. Holes in bathroom wall stuffed with Kleenex tissues. Potholes and massive cracks to room floor as well as stairs posing a fall risk. Balcony doors jammed shut posing a safety hazard. Lord forbid a fire happen you won’t have an escape route. Restaurant is closed and looks abandoned.

I loved the staff very good people just the no heat and 8 channels were insane to me but it’s close to the airport it’s far from everything if you’re getting a taxi or walking wise. But the staff are such nice respectful people I’d come back again.

This was a very unfortunate experience, upon check in a couple was having a serious altercation, and front desk only called police after I suggested she does that. She admitted the visitor had already abused his guess the night before and she did nothing. Upon getting to our room, TV does not work, internet, down, limited fresh towels, cats everywhere like a petting zoo, and the service men looked unprofessional is my choice of word. I can never bring my family back. I have stayed on this property several times in the past and it was not like this. They can do better by first retraining or rehiring new staff that cares. There is not a nice way to say it. This hotel is in terrible condition. It looks like an old abandoned falling apart hotel and they are renting rooms for over $200 a night. It really is unreal and unacceptable. Nothing like the photos that Expedia is showing you. I would feel bad to think anyone else would waste their money here. I have never had such a terrible experience before. Iw ill not book with expedia again due to the misleading photos.

If you're looking for a cheap place to stay for a few nights, this will work for you. One of the older hotels on the island, and definitely showing its age. Does not have a beach, or a working restaurant, or a bar for you to spend your time at. Will encourage you to build a little character!

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. On the first day, the TV screen was shaking as in the picture looked like an earthquake. I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk, but it was never addressed. I honestly felt like I inconvenienced her just by bringing it up. The rooms themselves were fine, but the noise level was a major issue. You can hear everything in the hallways. The first night around 2:30 a.m., men were loudly talking in the hallway and woke us up. The second night was even worse there was a party down the hall that went on until about 4:30 a.m. We tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. We even put towels under the door to try to block the noise, but it didn’t help. We were woken up multiple times both nights. When we mentioned the situation to the daytime staff, we felt like an inconvenience rather than guests looking for help. The most positive thing I can say is that the outside area was nice, and the location was convenient and walkable to the airport.

Room didn't have any of the amenities offered. The fridge didn't work. Room service never cleaned the room after requesting it several days. It's run down and only had ice to offer. Vending machines were even out of service. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I called a representative from Expedia immediately after arrival.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Yes it’s a cheap easy place to stay the current conditions of the resort look nothing like its current conditions. This place should be condemned if a health inspector or code officer came through here the place would be shut down. If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep for a night maybe but no longer than one day. The dining area looks like everyone got up one day years ago and left, there’s a million cats and smells horrible. The one pool listed has completely been demo left in ruble all those beautiful scenic walk ways are blocked off over grown fallen apart. I have pictures for anyone wanting to see!

If you are on a budget or plan to be out and about all day, then maybe consider this hotel. Super close to the airport, you can walk and if you like aviation you can look at planes and see them fly off/land. The beach nearby is fine. The rooms are clean and that is it for the positives. The hotel is greatly run down and needs renovations asap. Our room didnt even have a lock on the bathroom door, so it didnt stay closed - it was always slightly opened, there was no shower control handle as it was broken off. We had a leaking toilet 3 out of the 4 nights we were there and they came to fix it three times but after the third time it literally flooded the entire bathroom floor. They offered us a different, downgraded room, in the middle of the night after they said they fixed it the first time but nothing happened, but didnt offer to help us move... They dont greet you with a hello or a smile, the lady who had the afternoon shift was the nicest. The beach towles smell horrible, I would bring your own. We were supposed to have a mini fridge and never received it even after asking, no apologies given. Overall, if you plan to only sleep there, and put up with everything I mentioned, consider staying there. I dont believe I would again.

I booked a queen bed and they gave me 2 twin beds which was very inconvenient. We barely fit in the bed so we had to sleep separately

The staff was great and the location of the property is phenomenal. you get the sunrise right in front of the hills and its a sight to watch the stars at night by the pool side
