A Private Space is a cosy, comfortable and unique Studio located at popular Villa Sunbeam in St. Thomas. It’s peaceful setting with distinctive Harbour Views and near town location offers easy walkable access to dining, attractions and activities in the Havensight area. With a polished new look, this space is perfect for the digital nomad to work and rest or be as active as they desire, with its convenient to town location for the seasoned traveler. The space
This delightfully appointed studio offers a delightfully pleasing color palette, a streamlined but carefully appointed kitchen and bedroom and bath and a great outside space on the deck with the view!
Guest access
Guest are able to access the Studio itself, the shared patio and parking area, the back yard which also has the Seaview and the nearby laundry room. In addition nearby just a 2-minute walk from the property is a small rocky beach with snorkeling and water access to Prince Rupert’s Cove.
Other things to note
A Private Space is located in Villa Sunbeam- should your party grow and additional accommodations are required there is a 1BR/1BA Unit on the lower level and a 2BR/1BA Unit on the upper level of this Villa. All are bookable separately based on availability.
