"OMG OMG my # 1 was the lady next to the F/D handing out a cool drink OMG OMG it was so hot when i get there on friday there was no room at the time but they take care of me i felt at home the ladies and gentlemen in the dining room morning /after noon and for dinner OMG OMG they all where amazing then to top it off the SPA OMG OMG i would say 100 out of 100 the best over all can't wait to be back THE FOOD THE FOOD was the best . But to say all the staff everyone say good morning the all make eye contact at all time the housekeepers where so friend we have fun in the morning i was in room #1102 all i can say i WILL BE BACK .IT"S RIU ALL THE WAY ."

"We stayed at the resort for 3 nights! We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. Our arrival was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very helpful and informative on everything and explained everything well. The bellhop staff were very accommodating and ensured that our bags would be safe until we checked in to our room. Our room was very clean and smelled clean when we arrived. We were celebrating our 15 year anniversary so the room was decorated nicely to accommodate our special moment. Ms. Beverly the housekeeper always went above and beyond to tidy up our room! ALL of the staff at the Jasmine Cafe were very helpful and attentive. Lisa, Leshaun, Clinton , were all great servers I can’t remember all of their names but we loved them all! The food was good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner gave a great representation of Jamaica! We tried the Italian restaurant onsite as well and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The bars were okay depending on the bartender you had. Ian, Faye, Linton, were great. They all gave recommendations on drinks or interacted with us. The resort still seemed to be recovering from Hurricane Melissa so everyone was actively working everyday that we were there to fix any issues from that. The poolside deli was 10/10. It rained for most of our stay but we still had a great time! This resort is not recommended for the younger party crowd unless you just want to relax and eat.
