When we checked in the front desk staff were pleasant & friendly. The room was clean & they came daily for house keeping. One day I didnt want house keeping I just needed new towels & toliet paper but the housekeeper did not have it on her cart & advised she would send someone back with the items but no one ever came back. There are not enough activities for adults at the resort. They seem to cater to the kids too much on the Ocean Coral side. Also the restaurant staff was very unfriendly & never came back to check on our table when we would dine for lunch or dinner. We never got refills & had to always ask a server when we needed something. It was very apparent that they catered to white guest more than the blacks & that was very disappointing especially since we were tipping EVERY time for ALL services but most other people did not. As for the food it was often bland and over cooked or dried out. The drinks were all made with little to NO alcohol. The biggest issue we had was actually with Expedia. The service was horrible, it was next to impossible to speak to a live agent and when I did they rarely spoke good English. Also all my flights were changing constantly and according to Delta Airlines, Expedia did NOT do their job updating our information which is why it made checking into our flights EXTREMELY difficult. I dont plan to book though Expedia ever again if I can help it.

Was not what i expected. Unfortunately mee and my wife missed our flight so the hotel was informed that i will me checking in late. When me and my wife arrived no room was ready for us and we was told that when a room becomes available they will let us know even though i was being charged for the previous day and we wasn't there. It took us 2hrs to get a room and was because my wife got frustrated and went to front desk and asked for a manager. Staff look miserable, food make me sick and i was refuse a refused of 214 for an excursion. Was thrown out my room at 12 even though my transportation to airport was not until 1:30. When asked if i could leave at 1 the reply was yes but the hotel will charge me for that hour. Then the transportation so call came to the lobby and didn't see me or my wife. Even though we've been in the lobby since 12. So now i had to pay 70 dollars to get to the airport. Me and my made the most of the trip and vow not to ever go back. Me personally i wouldn't even recommend this resort to my worst enemy.

Upon arriving, we were offered beverages to accommodate the long check-in process. After a long travel day, we visited the Red Snapper for a quick meal. The greeter was frustrated which resulted in her being rude. The food took a long time to be delivered and some items on the menu they did not have. Finally, I was looking forward to some much needed rest only to learn my bed was wet with urine. Although the manager did all he could to accommodate all of the above, I will not be visiting this property again. This was a waste on money.

Everything was great. We stayed in a Privilege room. Was told mini bar would be restocked daily, however it was not. We had to ask for it to be restocked and some days no one ever came to do that. Also, housekeeping came by one evening around 8:00pm and another night at 9:23pm after coming earlier in the day after we told them we didn’t need any housekeeping that day. Luckily we were not asleep.

We really enjoyed our time here. The resort had many amenities, restaurants, shops onsite and the staff was so wonderful and friendly. People were constantly cleaning the ground areas. Our room was great and clean. It is humid there so there was a bit of a smell to the room. The food was delicious and we loved that the resort was all inclusive and absolutely beautiful. Our stay at the resort was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had beautiful views. The amenities were top-notch – from the pool to the spa to the dining options, everything was well-maintained and enjoyable. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we needed for a perfect vacation. We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommend this resort and would definitely come back!

Beware!!! Asked to join a welcome breakfast that turned into a solicitation to sign up for Premium vacations program. We were told it’s not a timeshare and they wanted over $4,500 down and $300 a month. Once we said no the welcome stopped immediately…otherwise it was a great experience!

What a mess. This place is about 45 min drive from Montego Bay so be ready to pay minimum $120 USD one way for the trip. We had to pay it 3 times round trip, one for the airport, a round of golf, and a day trip to Montego Bay city central. My family(6 adults, 1 toddler) needed a handicapped accessible room due to accident occurring right before trip. I called a week ahead to get that arranged. Front desk said they couldn’t do anything and will have to wait until I arrive at hotel to see if there was availability. I arrive at check in and they over sold rooms for the night so my family was going to be split up into different rooms away from each other, they were only allowed to stay one night and then moved to another room the next day. It became a wasted day as they couldn’t unpack their belongings and waited until front desk notified us room was available at 6pm. I don’t know if it’s the culture but everyone was on island time and nonchalant about everything. The staff was relaxed and nothing was ever a priority and was shrugged off. The food is mid and nothing is great besides the chicken they sell by the pool only during limited hours. The buffet is mid & there were times that looked like locals would bring a huge crowd and they would let their friends cut and get all the food so everything was gone fast, ignoring the line that was established by the resort guests. Our stay at the hotel was unfortunately not what we expected. While the staff was polite and helpful, several aspects of the experience were disappointing. The photos online gave the impression of a clean, modern, and well-maintained property, but in reality, the hotel felt outdated and was not as clean as advertised. The food served throughout the week was a major issue. It was consistently very spicy, with little to no variety, making it difficult to enjoy meals, especially for those with dietary sensitivities or children.At the Jamaican Grill there were day you hade to wait in line for more than 30 min for the food to be served. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for beach access, but the beach was poorly maintained and covered in seaweed growing in the sea floor which made it unpleasant to use. It did not match the expectations set by the promotional materials.The pools where big but we didn’t spend all that money to stay in the pool. Overall, the experience did not reflect the standards we anticipated for the price paid. While we appreciated the staff's efforts, significant improvements in cleanliness, food options, and beach maintenance are needed. If a hotel markets itself as a 5-star destination, every detail-from cleanliness to food to beach quality-should reflect that standard. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case during our visit.

This resort is beautiful. The large main pool was fantastic. I stayed in a Privilege Swim Up Master Suite, which was probably the nicest room (actually, two rooms in the suite) I've ever stayed in. The food is also terrific — the ice cream hut in the restaurant area, the Jamaican food by the beach, and the main buffet restaurant — all fantastic. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

I found that to be a very beautiful property. I would definitely love to come back again. The staff there is very helpful. If you have a problem, they do everything they can to fix the problem to your satisfaction the front desk night crew were awesome and they did everything they could to help fix my problem also Mr Weston is really good at his job and I think he really cares about his guests he’s a great property manager also Shell Ann kept our rooms, clean. she was very helpful whenever we needed her . really don’t have any problem giving this property a five star rating

Ocean Coral Spring is a beautiful resort. We stayed in one of the rooms with a swim-up pool, which was spectacular. The grounds are well-maintained and all the amenities are easy to find. We especially enjoyed Martha's Market buffet — the food choices for all three meals had a lot of variety and were delicious. A special shout out to Mr. Weston, who took care of all our needs.
