They allow the chairs to be blocked by customers using towels early in the morning between the hours of 6-7 a.m.making it near impossible to get seating when you bring your family down after that. Smoking on the premises is not regulated so enjoying the balcony or just walking around and not smelling smoke was disheartening.

The property has alot of activities for kids ( pools, water park and lazy river). Also, our room (jr. Ocean view suite) was very nice and with great view. However, the service was not very good. My son fell and got a bad cut and there was no first aid kit available. We were told that we had to pay the nurse $150usd to get antibacterial oinment and a bandaid. After asking for the manager, guest services said the hotel would cover the fee for the nurse. Also, their was no cocktail menus and the bartenders didn't make good cocktails other than frozen drinks and the drinks were weak. We also had to wait amount an hour for food at the restaurant. Also, it was supposed to be all inclusive but alot wasn't included ( ex. Modelo/Heineken beer etc) and they had room service from 10am to 10pm, but when I called they said only burgers, sandwiches and quesedillas were available and the pasta was available after 10 and I would have to pay for it. The buffets were good with variety and we enjoyed the Red Snapper restaurant which had great views of the beach. So overall that's why I give the resort a 3 star rating. But we still had a good time just know this is not a luxury/five star resort.

Our recent stay at Ocean Coral Spring Resort in Jamaica was truly memorable, especially considering the region is still recovering from Hurricane Melissa just six months ago. Remarkably, the resort felt completely untouched—beautifully maintained, spotless, and full of life. It offered a sense of calm and exclusivity that made it a perfect escape. The private shoreline was quiet and tranquil, and after five days, we left feeling refreshed, recharged, and completely stress-free. The room service experience was genuinely five-star—prompt, courteous, and consistent throughout our stay. That said, there are a few areas where the resort could elevate the guest experience further, particularly in dining operations. We unfortunately never had the opportunity to dine at the Italian restaurant, as reservations were fully booked within seconds online, with no alternative booking options available. Martha’s Kitchen, located in the food court area, felt somewhat disorganized during peak breakfast and dinner hours. There were long lines for live cooking stations, and simple items like cheese pizza were surprisingly difficult to access during dinner. We also experienced a few operational hiccups—bagel and bread toasters stopped working twice due to breaker issues, and the crepe machine was also out of service at one point. The staff at the resort were very nice and welcoming, which was appreciated. However, the overall experience fell short in several areas. Our room was not as clean as expected, specifically, the shower was still dirty upon arrival. It’s also worth noting that the hotel does not provide an airport shuttle, which can be inconvenient for travelers. The pools were just okay, and the water park had very limited hours. It didn’t open until 10 AM one day and 11 AM on another, and it closes at 5 PM. This left many kids waiting around with little to do, which was frustrating. Overall, while the staff was pleasant, the cleanliness and limited amenities made the stay disappointing.

This is my second stay at the resort, given that it was at full Easter capacity it was excellent service. From check in to check out and all in between. Towels, food and bev, room cleanliness-all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel had plenty of activities to entertain the whole family from kids to adults, we were able to find space by the pools whichever we went to so they were very well prepared for a full house… The food was great, the only thing we found tricky was reservations since I think most people with privilege booked in advance. Nonetheless the buffet was always offering different and tasty food, loved the little themes and accents around the dishes and stations. The Easter desserts were fab for the kids. A great and memorable stay.

This was a very nice property and we had a very nice stay. Overall we were happy with our stay. We had a Privilege Rooftop Junior Suite. The room was big enough but wasn’t as clean and nice as we were expecting. When we arrived, our room was missing a coffee maker, the pull out couch was broken (more on this), the fridge in the room was never cold (24 hours for anything in it to be remotely chilled), the floors weren’t very clean, the pergola on the rooftop was missing and none of the outdoor furniture had any cushions. As for the couch issue, we reported it as broken to our butler, he and another butler came to the room to check it out. They said it’s just used a lot but when made into a bed it would be fine (when sitting as a couch you sunk into the middle). They then left without checking the couch any further. That night when housekeeping came to turn the couch into a bed (much later than we wanted as it had been a very long travel day) we found out there was no bed mattress in the couch, which explained why it seemed broken. Had the butler really looked into this, it could have been remedied much sooner. The housekeeper then had to go track down a mattress to bring up which took roughly an hour. Overall we were underwhelmed with the butler service. We felt there wasn’t much value out of it. The Privilege was worth it for the areas by the pools and beach however. Jillesa in the Privilege area by the kids pool was the BEST. She made our trip. Terry Ann at the beach, great!

We enjoyed the pool area lot. Beach was cleaner than expected. Staff was polite at times and sometimes they did not care about you at the buffet and restaurant. Do not sign up for H10 promotion event, it is a scam to get you to sign up for their membership and will be a waste of your time. Do not go to the local shops at beachside, it felt unsafe with people doing drugs and smoking. Food was good most of the days with vegetarian options at the buffet. La Locanda was the best Italian restaurant, we ended up eating there twice. Thali was okay, the quantity of food was minimal, and the service was really bad. Would definitely recommend to other people.

Best vacation ever! The entertainment staff Thunder and Brittne made the entire experince worth it. We spent every day by the pool dancing and having fun. Then every evening up by the restaurants enjoying the music and entertainment up there as well! 100% would go back again and again. Even looking into a timeshare there.

Pool chairs were hard to come by. You had to go out at 6 AM and reserve a chair or otherwise you did not have anywhere to sit all day. Food was just OK. Buffets don’t open until 6:30 PM. No place to find snacks during the day unless you want to go to the buffets. Coffee shop was great, but it was always crowded. At night. Could have been more evening entertainment. Probably OK for families, but for adults and older kids would recommend the adults only side

Everything was great, clean and fun! Food overall was not the best and service at the restaurants was consistently slow, often times not getting a beverage until the meal was over or in some cases, not getting one at all. Dying rats were found on the lawn and left there for a day or more even though we asked staff to remove them. Our room cleaner was fantastic and made an effort to know our names and fold towels creatively for the children, but then asked us to leave some of our belongings for her.
