気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND THE PROPERTY!! DIRTY RESORT !! FOOD ALL IN THE HALLWAYS AND ON FLOOR A OUTSIDE RESORT. ALL RESTURANTS WHERE BOOKED..CHECK IN WAS 3.PM AND HAD TO ARGUE WITH THEM AFTER TO GET MY ROOM .. WE WAS WAITING AROUND SINCE 9 AM . RUDE STAFF IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. FOOD WAS ALL OLD WE ATE AT 1 CHINESE PLACE WHOLE WEEK DUE TO IT BEING FRESH ... ..STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESORT . .To whom it may concern :
I booked the riu Montego Bay from May 10-14 . I arrived at about 9 am to resort and check in time was 3 pm . Upon arrival I must say staff was extremely rude in every way . We finally checked in and had to wait for room until 3 pm .. so we went to gym and tried to work out. Wow was that bad and disgusting !!!!! Very rusted out gym as seen in pictures most of the machines where broken .. 1 out of 2 treadmills broken … but the worst part was the machines and brown rust all over my hands after touching them … HORRIBLE.. after waiting several hours 3.pm came and no room was ready so we went on the line and had to argue with them for a room …since we been walking around with our luggage all morning and was hot and sweaty and hungry and tired .. finally about an hour later 4 pm they gave us a different room from our original room …. Past check in time …. Upon walking to our room as seen in photos food all over floor of resort in many places just thrown around with bugs and cats eating it …. As seen in photos it was in different spot
