Property is run down and in desperate need of repairs. Checked in one room and it has visible mold in the bathroom and there were no towels. Called front fed at 3pm to inform them and no one ever showed up. Went to the front desk only to be told that there was nothing they could do but report it. Next day went back to the front desk to find out it was never reported. They then offered to change out the room but we would have to wait until 3pm before one would be available. Went back at 3pm was given a new room. Entered the room there were no towels, no pillow cases on the pillow, no remote for the TV and no iron. The issues for the exception of the tv remote were corrected. On day three had to return to the front desk again because the remote they left in the room did not work. There were issues 3 of the 4 days of my stay. I would never return or recommend this place to anyone. The GM and guest service manager did bring a fruit plate and champagne to the room as a sorry for the inconvenience and it was appreciated, however they will never get my business, as they say first impressions are the last.
