"Oasis Smart has been our favourite Hotel when i come to Cancun, accesible from the ADO bus terminal; banks across the street, currency exchange, pharmacy and Chedrahui superstore. The room is big; clean, all my basic needs are covered. Me and my wife are always happy to come back! Newly renovated, the correct price. Congratulations to the Concierge Mario, great job done. The ladies at the reception desk, amazing welcoming service attitude, Wendy, Elian and Michelle… i think some of them are on training; very good! Keeping Cancun as a major vacations destination. See you soon Oasis Smart. Time to go back to 🇨🇦 Canada. P.S. The suggestion would be; the mini fridge in the room⭐️"

"Comfortable boutique hotel in downtown Cancun with hacienda vibes, featuring a courtyard with a pool and Jacuzzi. The many trees provide shade and a habitat for various birds and other wildlife. It's almost like being in your own private forest. The rooms are clean and cozy, and have refrigerators. Breakfast is delicious, with Mexican specialties and American favorites. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's close to the ADO bus station, Parque las Palapas, Mercado 23, lots of great restaurants and various shopping. I highly recommend it!"

"Our stay was overall good for the price. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, the bedding was comfortable, and we enjoyed having cable TV. The 24‑hour front desk was accurate, and staff were polite and available when needed. We also appreciated the help with our bags at checkout. Some amenities listed online weren’t clearly explained during check‑in, and based on the listed amenities, the process was vague — including housekeeping, the front‑desk safe, ATM/banking services, multilingual staff (seemed to only speak Spanish?), and tour/ticket assistance. We used the restaurant one time for breakfast, but a small, printed menu with dish names and ingredients would really help tourists unfamiliar with local dishes. Overall, this is a clean and comfortable place, and with clearer communication about amenities, the guest experience could be even smoother."
