"Exactly what was needed to get out of the city for the weekend while in Tokyo for 7 weeks on business. The ammentities were amazing, got to ride roller coaster, fish and relax."

"We cannot say enough good things about our experience. The staff went above and beyond to help us and accommodate us with all of our requests. We were sad to leave, as the rooms were so comfy. We rented bikes for the day at a great, affordable price and loved spending our evenings in the tattoo friendly Onsen. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"新しいホテルで、きちんと清掃もされており、部屋は快適でした。深夜の到着でもスタッフの方がとても丁寧に対応くださり、ありがたかったのですが、コインランドリーを使用しようとしたところ、全てに洗濯物が入っており、１つは使用中で、残りは洗濯終了しているが取りにこない。フロントに言っても、暗証番号でナンバーロックするようになっているので、本人でないと取り出せないといわれ、夜中2時に車で近隣のコインランドリーにいくはめになり、最悪の宿泊でした。スタッフの方は終始丁寧で、チェックアウトでも謝罪があったが、客のマナー頼みの設備は考えてもらいたいです。"
